By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

Copyrights

I retain all the rights over the artwork, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion (e.g. portfolios, socials, price lists etc.).
Please credit me when sharing or using the artwork.
It is strictly forbidden to trace, edit my work or NFT usage.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites.

Commercial Use

The prices listed are for Personal use unless otherwise stated on the info section or previously discussed and agreed upon.

Confidentiality

I can post working in progress of the commission on my social media and stream the work (e.g. twitch) unless otherwise agreed upon.
May incur additional privacy fee.
This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep the assets private until your debut.
I am allowed to post the final version of commissions on my social media after you receive the artwork.
Publication date can be discussed and planned~

ORDERING

Ordering

Please check the commissions on VGen or contact me directly on Twitter/X.
I will contact you via Twitter, Instagram or email within 2 weeks after you sent the commission request.
References must be clear, they can be visual or written.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments

Upfront payment, it must be made within 48 hours after I accept your commission.
Payment plans can be discussed for commissions over €400.
Prices are in EURO €, please check if you are using the right currency.
Method of payment:
- PayPal;
- Bank transfer.
I will ask your name and an address, I need these personal informations for Italian tax legislation.
No physical invoice will be sent, I can send PDF invoice.
Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.

Refunds

I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY If I have not started working on the sketch.
Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

PROCESS, REVISIONS & COMMUNICATION

Process & Revisions

Once I accepted your commission and received the payment, I will give you a rough date of when the work will begin.
After the first sketch I'll ask for your confirmation before moving forward with the colored sketch.
Edits should be communicated on the sketching phases (sketch & colored sketch).
3 small edits are included after the sketching phase.
Any major and extra edits during other phases will be subject to extra fee, starting from €50 per edit.

Communication

DELIVERY

Once started, the commission will be delivered in 2 weeks up to 2 month.
Vtuber models will take up to 3 months.
Times may change depending on the type/size of the commission.
Please let me know if you have a hard deadline, I can work on your commission on PRIORITY, but a rush fee may be added.
No physical item will be delivered.
I will send you the final artwork via WeTransfer or Google drive link.
